Gulf Countries

Following documents are required from the Employer.

1. Letter of authorization addressed to the Consulate / Embassy authorizing our companies to obtain visa
2. Demand Letter
3. Power of Attorney
4. Employment Contract
5. Original Tashira or Visa Slip.

ATTESTATION

Recruiting documents 1 to 3, must be attested from the Chamber of Commerce and the Nepal Embassy of the G.C.C countries.

Malaysia

Following documents are required from the Employer.

1. Copy of the original approval
2. Translation of the approval in English
3. Notaries Certificate
4. Original copy of the Demand Letter
5. Original copy of the Employment Contract
6. Original copy of the Power of Attorney
7. Original copy of the Affidavit / Sworn Statement
8. Original copy of the Recruitment Agreement.
9. Original Letter addressed to the Ministry of Labor, Nepal.
10. Original Letter addressed to the Malaysian High Commission, New Delhi.
11. Calling visa in a sealed envelope addressed to the Malaysian High Commission in New Delhi.
12. Original copy of Levy Receipt.
13. Copy of the Calling Visa and the levy receipt.
14. Form 49, M & A of the company.
15. Copy of the Identity Card of the person signing the letter.
16. Photographs of the factory working area.
17. Brochure of the company product
18. Employment Contracts for the workers.

ATTESTATION

A. Recruiting documents 1 must be certified from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia and the 2 must be certified from the High Court of Malaysia.

B. The documents from 3 to 9 must have to be certified by the Notary Public, Malaysia, and the Nepal Embassy, Kula-lumpur, Malaysia. After the receipt of the calling visa, we submit the passport at the Malaysian Embassy and deploy the workers after the visa will be endorsed on their passport. . This procedure will take between 3 to 4 weeks time.
